Consent of NON-REFUNDABLE Pre-Planning Service Fee T & C*
YES, I agree to the NON-REFUNDABLE Pre-PlanningService Fee (s)
Please be advised that a NON-REFUNDABLE Pre-Planning Service Fee (NRPPSF) will be waived in the amount of $85, up to 4 guests, (if this is your first travel request). However, the NRPPSF in the amount of $85 up to 4 guests, will be incurred thereafter, per request, including subsequent travel requests and MUST be paid, BEFORE Future Services are rendered. If this request is for 5 to 8 guests, a service FEE of $135 will be incurred, per request, and MUST be paid BEFORE services are rendered. If this is a Group (9-16 People) Booking Request, a Service FEE in the amount of $165 will be incurred, per request, BEFORE Services are rendered. Group of (17-25 People) a Service Charge in the amount of $195 will be incurred and must be paid BEFORE Services are rendered. A Group of (26 -50 People) a Service FEE in the amount of $225 will be incurred and MUST be paid before Services are rendered. A Group of (51 -100 People) a Service FEE of $250 will be incurred and MUST be paid BEFORE Services are rendered. A Group of at least 101 People or more, will incur an additional $2 per person starting at $250. ALL Fees are incurred, per request!
