By participating in Bev's & Mac's Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
The Referral Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older.

2. How It Works:
Participants can refer friends, family, or colleagues.
A “Successful Referral” occurs when:
The referred person books & completes a vacation (hotel, all-inclusive vacay, cruise getaway or other travel components we offer) via our website or with our assistance of a minimum total, per vacation, of $500 or more!
The trip is not cancelled and is completed or confirmed as non-refundable.

3. Rewards:
The referral will receive $25 off their first trip of $500 or more OR may receive a $25 gift card (for completed trip)
Referrers will receive a $25 future travel credit, per vacation, for each Successful Referral.
Rewards are NON-transferable, NON-exchangeable, and may NOT be redeemed for cash.

4. Restrictions:
Self-referrals or duplicate accounts will not be counted and may result in disqualification.

Referrals must be NEW customers who have not previously booked with Bev's & Mac's Leisure Travels.

5. Termination and Changes:
Bev's & Mac's Leisure Travels reserves the right to cancel or modify the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

6. Liability:
Bev's & Mac's Leisure Travels is not responsible for any incorrect information supplied by participants, or any misuse of the Program.

Participation in the Referral Program is completely voluntary AND at the participant’s own risk.

Fraudulent or suspicious behavior may result in forfeiture of rewards and removal from the Referral Program.
