Thus, a Non-Refundable Service Fee, per request, in the amount of $125 will be incurred, for Group Requests (up to 20 Cabins) and MUST be paid BEFORE services are rendered. Group Requests (up to 40 Cabins) will incur a service fee of $160 and MUST be paid before services are rendered. Group Requests (up to 75 Cabins) will incur a Service fee of $225 and MUST be paid BEFORE Services are rendered! Group Request of more than 75 cabins will incur a Service Fee of an additional $25 per an additional cabin request starting at $250. All Service FEES are incurred, Per Request.
